The judge in the council chamber of the Bordeaux Administrative Court orders the Bordeaux-Gradignan penitentiary center to implement nine urgent measures to improve the conditions of detention, believing that these “seriously violate the fundamental rights of incarcerated people”. It requires concrete changes in inmates’ daily life (mattresses, meals, cell brightness) and in their access to care.
