Justice clears two men convicted of the assassination of Malcolm X | World | News | The sun

To applause from the New York Supreme Court courtroom, Justice Ellen Biben called the conviction of Muhammad Aziz over half a century ago a “failure of justice” (pictured), alias Norman 3X Butler, now 83 years old and present at court, and Khalil Islam, alias Thomas 15X Johnson, who died in 2009.
