Vienna – Friday afternoon, the Causa Commerzialbank Mattersburg went suddenly. At 5:00 p.m., investigators from the Economic and Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (WKStA) and police officers began searches in the bank, branches and involved people. In addition, the founder and long-time bank boss Martin Pucher and an employee were questioned – Pucher because of his poor health at home. The interviews continued until after midnight.
