Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Jurgen Klopp, coach of the English club Liverpool, confirmed the presence of the player, Mohamed Salah, in the list of team leaders, which includes 4 other players besides the Egyptian star.
After the departure of Jordan Henderson and James Milner, it was announced that Virgil Van Dyck would be appointed as the first captain of the club, with Trent Alexander-Arnold as his deputy, before the German coach revealed the full list.
“The group of leaders is Van Dyck, Alexander Arnold, Andrew Robertson, Alisson Becker and Mohamed Salah,” Klopp told the official Liverpool club website. “They all have leadership potential, so it’s not that I sat down and had to decide against someone.”

About the Egyptian star, Jurgen Klopp said: “Mo, captain of the Egyptian national team, is one of the best players to ever play for this club…”.
