“They didn’t do it on purpose and we shouldn’t forget that. It was a mistake, an obvious mistake, but I think there should be solutions. I think the match should be replayed, although it probably won’t happen,” Klopp said this Wednesday at a press conference.
Klopp does not charge against the referees
The Premier League and the PGMOL, the league’s referee association, released this Tuesday the audio of what happened in the VAR room during the disallowed goal against Díaz. However, this no longer matters to Klopp, but rather the result in which his team was affected.

“The audio doesn’t change anything because I wasn’t too interested in why it happened. “I saw the result, I saw the goal and I saw that it didn’t count,” added Klopp, who did not want to blame the referees.
“I’m not angry with them at all. We shouldn’t go after them. “They made a mistake and I’m sure they felt horrible about it,” he concluded.
