Jurassic Park: Survival announced at TGA

The Game Awards also served as an announcement opportunity for a new survival game in the Jurassic Park universe, namely Jurassic Park: Survival. The game is developed and published by Saber Interactiveotherwise known for SnowRunner, World War Z as well as a whole series of remasters.

Jurassic Park: Survival takes place right after the first movie shows the credits. The main character is InGen’s Dr. Maya Joshi who is one of the few survivors on Isla Nublar, unable to evacuate in time. The survival aspects mean that gameplay will focus a lot around stealth and trying to trick the game’s AI.

Another Jurassic Park: Survival was developed by Savage Entertainment when it set out. VU Games intended to release the title for the PlayStation 2. This Survival was more of a strategy game in the style of the Tycoon games. This anecdote is going to be even less with the new announcement, because Jurassic Park: Survival looks to be a AAA survival game.

Jurassic Park: Survival is in development for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and has no set release date yet.
