Saturday October 14, at 8:30 p.m., Cave du Boschet (1059D chemin du Mas du Consul, in Beaucaire) hosts JUR as a trio. In the world of JUR there are big tops where the circus becomes contemporary, where bodies express themselves. There is the Catalan accent of a singer with a warm voice and folk songs à la Leonard Cohen. There are photographs that captured screaming children.
The JUR universe is unlike any other, we go on a journey into an unexplored world. JUR, a first name, that of the Catalan singer Jur Domingo. Or rather JUR, a group as a single body, made up of Georgina Domingo Escofet, Sébastien Bacquias, and Julien Vittecoq. Precisely, it is through the work of the body as a material, as a means of expression, that these artists one day met. It is the circus arts which are the meeting point of Jur and Julien, the two founders of the project. So obviously on stage, the energy always ends up bursting.
