- The recording of CRM customer requirements is part of your area of responsibility
- Participation in conception, planning, implementation of customer requirements with Salesforce – in particular Sales Cloud und Service Cloud

Qualifications
- Successfully completed University studies in (business) informatics or similar
- You already have some initial insights into the CRM Consulting received, especially in the introduction and implementation of Salesforce (focus Sales & Service Cloud) are desirable
- Ideally, you already have Salesforce Certification(s)
- Your good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high quality awareness distinguish you
- You are willing to constantly learn something new and to continuously develop yourself
- In addition, you have very good oral and written communication skills in Deutsch and English
