A junior high school student in North Lampung with the initials NA became a victim rape by 10 teenagers. The perpetrators even held the victim in a hut similar to an animal cage.
Reported detiksumbagsel, Tuesday (12/3/2024), the rape incident that befell the victim occurred on the plantation in Tanjung Bar Village, Bukit Kemuning District, North Lampung Regency, on Wednesday (14/2) at around 14.00 WIB. The victim was initially picked up by the perpetrator with the initials D on the pretext of taking him to a place to play futsal.
“On February 14 2024, at around 14.00 WIB, the victim was picked up by D, who said he would take the victim to play futsal. However, on the road, he was instead taken to a hut,” said Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Regional Police, Commissioner Umi Fadillah Astutik.
Umi Fadillah said that the victim was then invited to drink alcohol by perpetrator D when he arrived at the hut until he was drunk and unconscious. At that location, 9 other perpetrators were apparently waiting for the victim to arrive. The perpetrators then raped the victim.
“Perpetrator D then raped the victim, the victim was held so he could not fight back. The other perpetrators took turns following this act,” he explained.
The police are currently carrying out an investigation into the case involving the victim. Six of the perpetrators were arrested and four others are still being chased. The 6 perpetrators who were arrested were AD, AP, MC, DN, RF and AL. Meanwhile, those who are still at large are D, H, RO and FB.
