IHK experts from all over North Rhine-Westphalia answer questions about training
June 2021 in North Rhine-Westphalia. The first full year of school under pandemic conditions is behind us. For many it was also the last year of school. After the summer vacation, a new chapter in life awaits. But what should it look like? What perspectives are open in times when stays abroad are difficult to imagine and full lecture halls are not desired?
A dual training, for example! In North Rhine-Westphalia there are still 46,500 apprenticeships waiting for applicants. On June 7th, 2021, the “Training Opportunity Day”, experts from the IHKs will be available throughout NRW to answer young people (and their parents) questions about training.

The IHK experts will be happy to provide information on “Training Opportunity Day” – both analog and digital.
In the evening, the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce will start the live stream #Ausbildung 2021. At www.youtube.com/ihkkoeln from 6 p.m., experts from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and two trainees will be guests. Questions about training can be sent in advance to [email protected]. If possible, the team of experts will answer you in the live stream.
Because parents still play a major role in their children’s career choices, the Bergische IHK is organizing a virtual parents’ evening at the same time. From 6 p.m., parents will be prepared as advisors for their undecided children. Pre-registration at www.bergische.ihk.de (Doc No .: 181150717) is required.
Spectators from all over North Rhine-Westphalia are welcome at both events.

The IHK advises on June 7th, the day of the training opportunity, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by telephone or via Whatsapp video telephony.
