There is a “risk” for the SHL clubs to get rid of contract players to the NHL at least until June 15. After that, the door is more or less closed for most players if they are not bought out, which is very rare.

Max Friberg – has played both the Olympics and the World Cup this season and is thus carefully mapped by the NHL clubs. Could play a role in one of the lower chains.
Ferry town
After losing Adam Ginning and Gustav Rydahl to the NHL clubs, it should be calm, right? Team captain Linus Johansson has played in the Olympics and made a strong play-off and could get an attractive offer at the last minute.

Oskar Lang – just like Nils Åman did well in the WC and definitely has the speed to play on a small rink. Leksand has lost Max Véronneau, Isak Rosén, Nils Åman, Calle Själin and Filip Cederqvist to NHL clubs in the spring. Leksand hopes to keep Lang and maybe bring home a player like Emil Heineman during the autumn.

Pontus Själin – little brother Calle Själin has recently signed for Florida and during the Swedish Championship playoffs, there were NHL scouts who spoke praiseworthy about Luleåbacken who “almost never made the wrong decision or made mistakes”. The step to an NHL contract is a long one, at least to a one-way contract. However, there may be clubs that want to “chance” with a two-way offer.
Malmö

Oskarshamn
Jiri Smejkal – did a really good WC in the Czech team that won a WC bronze in Tampere. Showed that he can take on several roles and still be a producing player. But does he have the speed for the NHL?
Rögle
Anton Bengtsson – made his World Cup debut with bravura and showed that he could play in all positions and was really good both as a center and forward. 29-year-old Bengtsson is probably waiting for a one-way contract until the end.
Adam Tambellini – one of the SHL’s top shooters. Played the Olympics for Canada and also showed in Beijing that he scores goals at the international level. 27-year-old Tambellini may be in the “risk zone” for RBK.
Skellefteå
Jonathan Pudas – had a good Olympic tournament with Tre Kronor and also got to play the World Cup. With his sense of play, good shots and ever better defensive, the 29-year-old from Norrbotten has a lot to offer.
Timrå

Joel Kellman – had a good first World Cup with Tre Kronor and the NHL scouts know what the former San Jose player is for.
Örebro
Sakari Manninen – the Finnish World Cup gold hero is not yet ready for Örebro, but is rumored to be on his way, unless he gets a one-way contract in the NHL during the last days until June 15.
