Concours. The three competitions on the menu are not all of the same level. The debates start with a CSO Pro1, which is part of the Grand Est circuit of CSO, before a CSI3* to end with a CSI2*.
Editing. The first edition of Jump’Est was scheduled for May 2020. The events of the time (Covid) had canceled it, the second in May 2021 had been marked by closed doors for a return to normal last year .
Date. The first two Jump’Est took place in May. The dates have changed this year with a first competition in mid-April (from 14 to 16), a second at the end of the month (27 to 30) and a third at the beginning of May (4 to 7).
Four. Three competitions are still offered but there are four weeks of competition this year. The three events do not follow each other, there is a week of beating (with the French championships in Fontainebleau) between the CSO and the CSI3*, followed eight days later by the 2*.
Name. 1,768 entries were recorded for this first competition this weekend (1,825 last year). Twenty-five events are on the program and four amateur Grand Prix will count for the regional championship.
Beautiful world. He had not come last year but his presence had been noticed and much appreciated two years ago. Simon Delestre (Solgne), who is engaged in the CSI3* of Grimaud from this Thursday to Sunday, should be there for the CSI3* at the end of the month. Prof. “I am competing in the CSO Pro1 but without great ambitions,” smiles Charlotte Gastaldi (Jouy-aux-Arches). “I go there to accompany my students, about twenty; even if it’s also because it’s a great competition. Then, they don’t want to engage in CSI, so we will do other CSOs! »
Three. “It’s a pleasure to have three competitions of this level in the area”, savors Enzo Chiarotto (Glatigny), who will compete in the three competitions, the national and the two international ones. “Everyone is super happy to be together because we are scattered in general. As I haven’t done a lot of competitions until now, the CSO will serve as preparation for the 3*. But if I can also be competitive, I’m going to go all out. »
Expert. “It’s the only big competition there is in the region, Rosières federates and the organization is such that people mark it in the calendar”, explains Jean-Philippe Chiarotto, who is used to organizing competitions. “Intouchable ZG is doing well and the goal is to be in the standings even if it’s going to be complicated, given the set. Seats are going to be expensive. »
Moselle. In the Grand Prix Pro1 on Sunday at noon (from 12:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.), we can find, among the fifty-eight entries, Julia Dallamano (Pournoy-la-Chétive), Enzo, Jean-Philippe and Jules Chiarotto (Glatigny) , Thomas Clanget (Corny), Nicolas Houzelle (Fameck) or Matthieu Schmitt (Peltre).
