To collect tomatoes in buckets, experienced gardeners advise in July to prepare homemade top dressing for them from three dry ingredients. This was reported on the website of the Ukrainian edition “Retired”.
To prepare top dressing for tomatoes, it is necessary to combine the sifted ash, ground egg shells and mustard cake in equal proportions.
“The ingredients must be thoroughly mixed and applied to the tomato beds. Water does not need to be added,” the experts noted. “The dry mixture is evenly distributed over the surface of the bed.”
After the area with tomatoes is sprinkled with fertilizer, the plants must be thoroughly watered.
