CULTURE – Gender change. Singer Juliette Armanet, who made a notable appearance at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, performing Imaginewill play the lead role in a feature film expected to be released in theaters on October 1, 2025, the producers announced on Tuesday, September 24.
The interpreter of “Love Alone” a you “Last Day of Disco” will share the film poster with Bastien Bouillon, notably seen in the film “The night of the 12th” which received the Oscar for best picture in 2023 and five other awards.
The feature film is called “Leave one day”like the 2Be3 hit in 1997. It tells the story of a woman who “is preparing to open his own gourmet restaurant and finally realize his dream, (but) must return in a hurry to his native village following his father’s heart attack”.

“Far from the buzz of Parisian life, she meets her childhood sweetheart again by chance. Her memories then resurface and her certainties waver.”describes the official synopsis.
This is the first film by director Amélie Bonnin, inspired by her short film of the same title which received the César for best short fiction film in 2023.
