Since January 3, future owners can watch a new real estate show: “Proprio à tout Prix”. To represent the beautiful region of Nîmes and its agglomeration, it is Julien RAFFIN, director of the C2i Group agencies, who was selected by the production of the TF1 Group.
Launched on TMC and also broadcast on My TF1, this unique teleshopping program presents properties for sale and viewers only have to make an appointment with the official consultants. With a (huge) advantage: all goods are offered exclusively on the show’s mobile application. They therefore multiply the chances of visiting and acquiring an exceptional property!

Sell cash in 48 hours
The concept is simple: every week, in partnership with VendezVotreMaison.fr, Proprio À Tout Prix estimates the property of an individual and makes him an offer within 48 hours. If this is accepted, the property is bought from him in cash, on the spot!
Throughout the sequence, the viewer is kept spellbound as they follow the entire sales process, step by step: presentation of the buyer, visit to the property, appraisal by the expert, offer, consideration and decision by the seller. , which is revealed at the end of the show. Buying Cash is also of real interest to individuals who are struggling to sell their property since it saves them both time and many costs related to sometimes very long sales times.
Julien Raffin, 37 years old and father of two children, was born in Bouillargues, a village near Nîmes, and established for 14 years, will intervene each month to:
- Select two properties per month that will be showcased on screen;
- Propose 4 favorite photo reports.
His mission ? Offer an incredible opportunity to owners: sell their property in less than thirty days. Indeed, they will benefit from national visibility with millions of viewers: a real boon for them!
How to participate in the show?
Owner-sellers wishing to participate in the show will have to test their eligibility with Julien Raffin, who will communicate the applications to the show’s editorial board.
