Julie Taton announced the opening of “Rêve Bivouac” at the end of July. An ephemeral restaurant, this “establishment” was created by the former host of RTL TVI and her husband, Brussels chef Xavier Lizen. It is actually located in Waterloo, in Julie Taton’s wellness center, Hyvin.
Open since Wednesday August 19, “Rêve Bivouac” will welcome customers from Wednesday to Saturday, until September 5, in groups of 6 to 10 people maximum. The detailed menu is to be discovered here, on the restaurant website.
