The new Lenovo Tenerife player, Julian Gamble, is already on the island. The pivot landed at noon on Thursday to immediately join the dynamics of the team led by Txus Vidorreta.
Gamble (Durham, North Carolina, 1989) played for the University of Miami Hurricanes before beginning his journey through European basketball. His first team in the Old Continent was Saint-Vallier Basket Drôme of the French Pro B (2013-14) to later defend the colors of Basic-Fit Brussels (2014-16), Telekom Bonn (2016-18), the Nanterre 92 (2018-19) and Virtus Bologna.
Gamble has experience in both the Basketball Champions League and the Eurocup. In fact, he was an Aurinegro rival on several occasions in the maximum continental competition of FIBA Europe, as well as in the final of the Intercontinental Cup, held in Tenerife in 2020.
