Julia Vignali Celebrates 48th Birthday with Son Luigi and Husband Kad Merad

Happy birthday Julia Vignali! The famous TV host, who recently say goodbye to Telematin for the benefit of the show Deal Concluded at the start of the next school year this Thursday, July 13 its 48 candles. A birthday that she will surely spend with her companion, Kad Merad, but also with his son from a first relationship, Luigi. The young boy, aged 17, takes his first name from an original story that her mom had revealed with our colleagues from Magicmaman in 2017.

Still a presenter at the time of the culinary competition show The Best Pastry Chef on M6, Julia Vignali had revealed how she had fallen for this name quite rare in France: “I wanted an Italian sound, because I wanted my son to have a bit of my origins in his first name. However, I didn’t want a well-known first name, like Enzo for example, she first explained, before continuing: One day, I went to the osteopath, a somewhat ‘guru’ man. He touched my stomach and said ‘It’s a little boy!’ He had a one in two chance of being wrong, but he was right” told the host.

Revealing then to his carer the date of the term, the boy to be born on December 31he predicted that the child “was going to like to party and therefore needed a festive name”. First proposing the first name Constantin, the ex-comrade of Thomas Sotto was not convinced. “He thought about it and that’s when he proposed Luigi to me. Wow! I loved, she revealed. Coming out of my consultation, I called my husband and I told him about it. He immediately liked it. The name Luigi resonated with me, it was joyful and exactly what I was looking for” told the one who today shares a beautiful bond with her son, before concluding with a laugh: “But don’t think that I let myself be influenced by all the doctors” !

Julia Vignali: “very proud” of his companion, Kad Merad

In addition to his son, Julia Vignali also shares his daily life with Kad Merad. As a couple together since 2014, the host and the actor form a perfect duo according to the presenter who said “very proud” of his companion with our colleagues from Cine TV Revue last March.

The couple even united by the sacred bonds of matrimony last November, in a very small committee. A secret marriage, so secret that the comedian Dany Boon, yet close to Kad Merad was unaware and resented his friend for not telling him anything. Fortunately the two men did not remain angry!
