Despite his stature, Stromae did not appear to them as an inaccessible star. Quite the contrary. “He was very friendly and honest with us. He was kind, almost shy. “We worked a little blind”
Even if she cannot reveal everything, Julia Orcet gave some clues about the process of creation of the Belgian singer. “When we met him, he was looking for sounds from all over the world. At first it was a bit blurry. We offered him a lot of things. It was my colleague from the Orenda trio, Stefka Miteva, who created the intro for Hell. We worked a bit blind. Until the end, we didn’t really know what he had retained from our work. We discovered it at the end”.
