Judiciary sentences soccer coach to 14 years in prison for inappropriate touching of a minor

The Collegiate Criminal Court of Ucayali sentenced Luis Pinche García to 14 years in prison for inappropriately touching a minor under 13 years of age, his student at the “Talentos Cristal” soccer academy.

The sexual assault against the minor occurred on July 2, when Pinche García called his students to participate in a local soccer championship. The event ended around one afternoon and the coach offered to take the teenager home, who agreed to the offer.

Luis Pinche took the minor home with the pretext of leaving a can of water and the uniforms of his teammates. However, once at home, the coach made the young man enter his room, giving him a cell phone to play Free Fire while he took a shower.

It was in that interim that the now sentenced man left the bathroom only covered by a towel that he took off in front of the minor, whom he kissed without his consent and touched his private parts. Additionally, he showed her photographs of one of his teammates completely naked in that same room.

Seeing that the minor did not agree to his dark intentions, Luis Pinche let the minor leave the property. Once the teenager arrived at his house, he told his mother about the attack he had suffered, so they went to the nearest police station to make the corresponding report.
