According to the daily, the changes in the judiciary prepared by the government are not to bypass administrative courts. “In the case of the Supreme Administrative Court, there is talk of merging chambers and introducing a new disciplinary chamber” – reported the newspaper.

According to Rzeczpospolita, the entry into force of the changes would mean the termination of their function (with the exception of the president of the court) and the appointment of new people to these positions.
Rzeczpospolita also writes that the ruling camp is preparing for the next wave of changes in the common courts. Courts of appeal will cease their activity, and there will be regional or regional courts.
– It is much easier to liquidate 11 courts of appeal than over 300 district courts – claim the authors of the changes quoted by the daily.
Instead, an institution is to emerge the magistrates’ courts. They will receive minor criminal misdemeanor cases, but minor civil cases will still be brought to district courts.
