Al-Marsad Newspaper: Egypt’s Cairo Criminal Court sentences those accused of defaming a Saudi doctor in Bulaq Al-Dakrour to 3 years each in prison.
5 people were accused of kidnapping the victim, the doctor, deceiving him by luring him to the home of the first defendant, claiming that it was a health center, keeping him away from the eyes of his relatives, and their act was accompanied by a price financial blood to free him as indicated in the investigation, according to the “Cairo 24” website.
The investigation revealed that the defendants kidnapped the doctor through coercion, wielding bladed weapons, a knife-knife, as a result of their crime, a knife-knife, threatening to use it in his body, which spread terror in him and paralyzed his resistance, so they managed by this coercive means to seize his furniture, as follows: indicated in the investigation, and invaded the sanctity of the victim’s private life by capturing a video clip of him with a device in a private place without his consent.
Investigative authorities also directed the defendants in the Saudi doctor case that they possessed and obtained two sidearms, a dagger and a penknife, without a license, and the defendants were referred to that court for trial according to the rumor and description contained in the order for referral, and in today’s session the case was examined according to the methods specified in the minutes of the hearing for the ruling.
The court decided in the presence of each of Ahmed M., Mustafa A., Moamen M., and in absentia Al-Mazouza H. and Hossam M., to punish them with rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years, for what they were accused of having solicited the Saudi doctor and filmed him naked, of having confiscated the two seized weapons and of having forced them to pay the criminal costs.
