The Attorney General’s Office managed to get a judge with guarantee control functions to impose a security measure in a detention center on a man, as allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated violent sexual act, aggravated sexual intercourse and pornography with a person under 18 years of age. .
The defendant today, identified as Alcibiades Carreño, apparently sexually abused four minors, in the town of San Roque, jurisdiction of Curumaní, Cesar, during 2023.
It is presumed that the man, taking advantage of the girls’ economic situation, provided them with work and food, and then subjected them to all types of sexual abuse. In addition, it was evident that the person involved had appeared naked in a video that circulated on social networks with several minors.
Uniformed members of the National Police captured the alleged sexual abuser, on November 25, in the municipality of Curumaní (Cesar), in compliance with a court order. During the concentrated hearings, the defendant did not accept his responsibility for the crime charged.
