The judge presiding over the criminal trial against Donald Trump asked the Prosecutor’s Office on Friday to tell his key witness Michael Cohen, a former lawyer and former right-hand man – US seat, no comment on the matter on their social networks.
Cohen is expected to appear next Monday, where expected confirmed that he paid, according to the instructions of Trump, the porn actress Stormy Daniels to silence an alleged extraterrestrial relationship with the former president before he ventured into politics, Efe disclosed.
The judge issued this request after the legal team for Trump, who faces 34 charges, including falsifying business documents, requested “gag order” for Cohen.
The defense argued that the lawyer used TikTok to post a video Wednesday in which he wore a white T-shirt with the image of a Republican behind bars.

Cohen, a top figure for the Prosecutor’s Office, has already served a prison sentence after pleading guilty in 2018 to federal charges campaign finance related to an attempt to silence an extramarital scandal during the 2016 presidential campaign.
During the criminal trial that has been going on for a month in New York, Keith Davidson, who was the lawyer of Stormy Daniels, said that negotiated with Cohen a payment of $130,000 in 2016 to ensure the silence of the actress.
Cohen has said several times that he made the payment under the direction of Donald Trump.
New York prosecutors are charging the former president and the current Republican candidate in this year’s presidential election intentionally concealing business records to hide payment that Cohen made the adult film actress, screenwriter and director.
For his part, Donald Trump, who has a gag order in this case and has been fined 10 times for breaking it, is again calling Michael Cohen a liar. “What the judge did was amazing. “Everybody can say what they want (and I can’t) about anybody,” the businessman complained as he left court.
