MEXICO CITY.

The dawn of this Saturday the Federal judge Beatriz Moguel ordered the immediate release of Óscar Andrés “N” “El Lunares”, leader of the Tepito Union of the maximum security prison of the Altiplano, as well as of his two accomplices, captured last 31 January in Hidalgo, due to contradictions presented in his arrest report.

‘El Lunares”, was designated as the presumed leader of the Tepito Union and was released along with his two accomplices, after his defense showed that he was not arrested as assured by the Public Ministry.

Beatriz Moguel, Judge of Control of the Federal Center of Justice of the Reclusorio Oriente, decided to release Hugo Armando Flores Rosete and Érick Estrada Velásquez, after being arrested along with ‘El Lunares’.

During the hearing that lasted more than 12 hours, a video was shown in which Flores Rosete was arrested by elements of the Navy, while according to the Homologated Police Report (IPH), the arrest was carried out by City Police Mexico. This video was incorporated into the investigation file and was presented to the Prosecutor’s Office as evidence of imputation.

“El Lunares” changed his residence to Hidalgo from where he organized and coordinated various criminal activities such as drug trafficking, sale and distribution, mainly. In addition, he intended to initiate criminal activities in that state.

According to investigations by capital authorities, El Lunares was supported by his father, Dionisio Flores Valle, who coordinates criminal activities in the Centro area, mainly in the Morelos neighborhood. Likewise, it maintains an alliance with the criminal group led by Lenin Jonathan Canchola Martínez and with other groups dedicated to the sale and distribution of drugs, as well as the collection of floor and extortion of merchants, in the Historic Center.

The Lunares has several departments and safe houses in Peralvillo 33, which are interconnected by tunnels and makeshift passages, as they are used as drug cellars (cocaine and marijuana) or clandestine laboratories.

IT WAS THE KING OF HIS NEIGHBORHOOD

In the Peralvillo neighborhood it was known when Óscar Andrés Flores Ramírez, El Lunares, leader of La Unión Tepito, arrived or left as his people mounted a “security operation” aboard ATVs and scooters; surveillance was extended from the rooftops while walking on board a beach racer to the rhythm of reggaeton of the moment.

He was officially protected by police officers, one of them, the territorial coordinator Cuauhtémoc-3 of the PDI, Juan Tomás Rangel Contreras, who was captured arriving in an official patrol (97E-042) of the then Attorney General’s office in the neighborhood of Peralvillo 33 , where he had his center of operation and distribution of drugs, as revealed by Excelsior.

Nicknamed thus by the remarkable mole he has on his face, he is a worshiper of Jesús Malverde, but his taste for satanic and santeria rituals, where he uses human skulls, even orders the killing of members of antagonistic groups to use them as an offering, is best known.

He likes owning exotic animals such as macaws, toucans, and cheetah and leopard cubs.

As a hallmark of the narco, it is affection to collect and wear high-end watches and jewelry. Another of his rules was not to carry cell phones, his phone calls were made through the devices of his hitmen or acquaintances.

It has several sentimental couples, but only with one it has three children who study in schools of high economic level. His girlfriends move in luxury sports cars.
