The ruling of the legal judge Alejandro Recarey made use of the amparo claim and if it is not fulfilled, “contempt” will be incurred.
This Thursday, Recarey ordered the “immediate” suspension of anti-Covid vaccinations for children under 13 years of age, “under penalty of contempt,” according to the letter accessed by M24.
The Ministry of Public Health has three days to appeal the decision.
The measure applies “until” some requirements are not met. Among them, that “all the contracts for the purchase of these vaccines be published or published in full and without testing. As well as any document attached to them, especially all those that detail the composition of the substances to be inoculated”.
In turn, “a text is prepared” to supply those responsible for minors who are vaccinated, informing “the composition of injectable substances”, the benefits, risks and adverse effects of the vaccine. It also requires that it be “clarified that the substance has only an emergency authorization and not a definitive one. Explaining in simple terms what difference these two types of permissions make. In specific order to the private weighting of the aforementioned risks”.
“Once compliance with these requirements has been accredited before this headquarters, the possibility of requesting the resumption, also immediate, of vaccinations will be enabled. For which purposes, the procedure for incidents outside the hearing will be followed, residually, ”adds the magistrate.
