A federal judge gave the green light for Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, alias The Viceroywho was the leader of the Juárez cartel, be extradited to the United States. Julio Veredín Sena Velázquez, seventh district judge of amparo in criminal matters, annulled the amparo trial and denied him the protection of federal justice with which the capo intended to stop his surrender to the neighboring country to the north indefinitely.
