It concerns two towers on Maanplein in The Hague: Nova of 70 meters and Elara of almost 50 meters. According to the court, the municipality made a mistake with both towers, with the result that the construction plan for Nova has been shelved for the time being. The municipality must also explain why Elara, which is already well under construction, was allowed to exceed the maximum building height of 30 meters.
