After a failed attempt by the prince andrew about wanting to block the progress of the lawsuit filed against her, on the grounds that the victim no longer resides in the United States. A judge on Wednesday approved a lawsuit against the prince by an American woman who says he sexually abused of her when she was 17 years old.
U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan wrote in an opinion that Andres’ attorneys failed to successfully challenge the constitutionality of the lawsuit that Virginia Giuffre filed against him in August.

It should be noted that Giuffre’s lawyers had previously sent the lawsuit to Andrés in many ways, although they never delivered it directly into his hands. At one point, Britain’s top court granted a request by Giuffre’s lawyers to formally contact the prince about the lawsuit.
His lawyers had said the lawsuit was without merit. specificity and was disqualified for a settlement he reached in 2009 with Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyers.
That settlement of a lawsuit was reached a decade before Epstein killed himself in a Manhattan jail while awaiting a trial for sex trafficking.
