Colombian singer Juanes will debut on the big screen with his participation in the movie ‘Pimpinero: Blood and Gasoline’a story set in the desert of the border between Colombia and Venezuela, where the Gasoline smugglers known as ‘pimpineros’ They risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to another.
The film, directed by Colombian filmmaker Andrés Baiz, director of ‘Griselda’ and ‘Narcos’, will star Cuban director Alberto Guerra, Mexican director Alejandro Speitzer and Colombian director Laura Osma, among others, and will be officially screened at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Juanes, for his part, posted a photo on his Instagram account announcing his participation in the film with a first frame.
