During the broadcast of Having lunch with Mirtha Legrand (eltrece), Juana Viale he asked an uncomfortable question to Christian Petersen about his courtship with Sofia Zelaschi, 26 years his junior and former contestant on the first season (2018) of The great prize of the kitchen.
It happened this Sunday, when the cook was telling how they organized the preparations for dinner with his children and his girlfriend. At that moment, Viale observed: “You met her while working, well, she competing, so to speak ”. Although they met three years ago in the reality kitchen in which Zelaschi had been a finalist, only when the quarantine began, in March 2020, did they begin to “date.”

“Did you have an eye on her as soon as you saw her?”Viale wanted to know. Without dodging the question, Peterson answered no. “I really liked how he cooks,” he added. However, the behavior went further and said with a laugh: “¿[Te gustó] how did he beat?
Far from being offended, the cook continued: “There is an elegance when you cook. You have to have a style when you cook. I liked him, but he was sworn and he was a very responsible guy”.
Then he told how he “met again” with Zelaschi. “I went to the United States Embassy and when I entered, there was a very serious woman and she said to me: ‘My daughter is a good friend of Sofía, one of the participants who has just been eliminated. Too bad, because he loved you. ‘ Peterson continued: “I just wrote to him and offered him a job and we have been dating for a year and a half and the truth is that very well. I like that we are cooks and share the same business”.
Furthermore, he explained again what he was referring to when he admitted that he had liked his “Elegance when cooking”: “That elegance that I saw when she cooked, she also has it in life.”
Viale took the opportunity to consult Peterson about the age difference of more than 25 years between the two. “I think that I am quite young in spirit and I really want to work. I am quite dynamic and she is quite adult and has a son. It is quite mature. We get along quite well ”, considered the cook.
