During an interview with GQ Mexico magazine, the histrion decided to open his heart and detail the difficult medical situation he had faced since July 2021.
Since the talk, the protagonist of “La Casa de las Flores” has gradually returned to public life. Such was the case yesterday, when he attended a play in the company of his girlfriend Paulina Dávila.
There he was intercepted by some reporters, who questioned him about his rehabilitation process and the support he received from his loved ones.
“I am very well, very happy to be able to go out, come to the theater, happy to see the play, happy to be and well, thank you for greeting me so effusively”, commented the famous.
“I am very grateful, all this time I have felt a lot of love. I am very lucky to have the family that I have, the girlfriend that I have, all the friends and all the people that have really supported me,” she expressed.

In his conversation with the press John Paul Medina He accepted that this test strengthened his relationship with Paulina Dávila, who has been close to him at all times.
On the other hand, the actor commented on how his psychological therapy has been to face the health crisis he went through and highlighted the importance of asking for help.
“The help of Paulina and my family, my parents, my brother, my cousins, is very important. My whole family is incredible, “said the famous.
“You have to work a lot, you have to seek help. These are difficult times, but you have to hold on to what you can… I from Paulina, from my parents, from my family, from therapists, we have to seek help. The simple fact of being here is something to be thankful for and that should be the engine to move forward”, she commented.
Despite the adversities, John Paul Medina never thought of taking his own life the amputation of one of his legs; he even mentioned that for now he does not plan to return to work because he prefers to focus on his physical and mental healing.
