At the Toronto International Film Festival, Juan Minujín yesterday posed on the red carpet with none other than Angelina Jolie, director of Without bloodthe new feature film starring the Argentinean.
True to her style, she wore a black sleeveless dress that was tight to the body and gloves of the same color that reached to her elbows. In addition to Minujín, the thriller also stars Salma Hayek, Mexicans Demián Bichir and Andrés Delgado, Argentine Alfredo Herrera and Italian Simón Rizzoni.
The feature film, which was shot in Rome, is an Italian-American war drama based on the novel Without blood by Alessandro Baricco, which was published in 2003. The story revolves around Nina (Hayek), who survived a war only to discover that her trauma will fuel her revenge years later. The film tells the story of a girl who witnesses the slaughter of her father and brother and, some time later, manages to find the only one of the murderers still alive.

In October 2022, during a chat with Catalina Dlugi, Minujín had told a little about what it was like to work with Jolie, confirming that she had been part of the project, which was recorded in secret. “I can’t say too much yet, but it is indeed a film called Without blood, “Based on the novel by Alessandro Baricco, it is directed by Angelina Jolie and was filmed in part in Rome and part in Puglia. During that interview, he also said that he did not have the pleasure of filming with Hayek. “I didn’t have any scenes with Salma. Our characters are in different moments.
