After Romelu Lukaku during a Juventus-Inter Milan, it was Juan Cuadrado who was the target of monkey cries during the last Lazio-Juventus.
It’s getting worse and worse in Serie A. The Italian week was (first) marked by a huge scandal, namely the exclusion of Romelu Lukaku during the Juventus-Inter Milan on Tuesday in the Italian Cup, while the Belgian striker had been the target of monkey cries from some Turin tifosi.
This time it’s a Bianconeri player, John Squarewhich was targeted during the move of the Old Lady on the ground of the Lazio, SATURDAY. The Colombian winger was notably booed by the Biancocelesti public at the start of the second half, at 1-1 (Lazio took the lead in stride to win 2-1).

The announcer of the Stadio Olimpico in Rome asked the public to stop this kind of racist cries, and this while the sporting director of Lazio had asked, before the meeting, not to commit any racist act, recalling that the match could be interrupted for this reason. The referees stopped absolutely nothing, but an investigation was opened by Serie A.
