What can participants expect at JTL-Connect 2024?
JTL-Connect is one of the highlights in the e-commerce event calendar. All kinds of experts, retailers, service providers and anyone interested in online retail come together in one place. A major highlight of the program: the live demonstrations. At the Plan&Produce demo stand, visitors can see the production tool in action. Direct contact with the JTL developers offers a glimpse behind the scenes. Participants can also be amazed at the JTL-WMS demo warehouse. Warehouse management is tested here in a real environment and presented in a tangible way. These live demos have already been a hit in the past and proved to be a real visitor magnet, but 2024 is set to surpass past success.
For the second time in the XPOST Cologne
In 2022, JTL-Connect took place in Cologne for the first time. While the previous trade fairs were all held in Düsseldorf, this change of location was already a source of enthusiasm two years ago. The XPOST is located near Cologne Central Station and thus in the middle of the big city. The exhibition hall is also known for its ideal size.

Exciting presentations on e-commerce will take place on seven stages throughout the day. From conversion rate optimization to digitization and accounting: there is something for everyone! Practical experience at the JTL Academy Day
On the day before the trade fair, there is another highlight at XPOST: the JTL Academy Day. On September 26, participants will learn or develop their skills in using JTL products through various workshops. Whether you are a beginner or a professional, the software developer’s entire product world will be demonstrated in an approachable and understandable way in three academy sessions, which take place from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Participation is limited and can only be booked in combination with a ticket for JTL Connect. But with this workshop program, it is worth arriving a day earlier.
Afterparty of a different kind
After all the networking and exchanging ideas about the latest e-commerce trends, the program is far from over even after 6 p.m. The trade fair after-party takes place on the MS RheinMagie, one of Europe’s leading event ships. Ending a full day on the Rhine is the perfect way to end JTL-Connect 2024.
