Journalist Vitaliy Portnikov recalled the values ​​of Ukrainians, who were guarded by the West until February 24.

Ukrainian publicist Vitaly Portknikov outlined his thoughts about the ambitions of the head of the Kremlin, which are contrary not only to our interests, but also to the desires of the collective West. At the same time, the journalist stressed that the civilized world sets itself the task of calling on everyone to act within the framework of international law, which so far they have not been able to implement.

Portnikov’s opinion on what Western countries and Russian authorities really want now can be found in the video on the channel YouTube.

First of all, he explained what goals Russia seeks to achieve: “They live in the paradigm of 1945. By the way, I won’t be surprised, since they always roll back somewhere, that they will someday want to return the borders of 1945, and, perhaps, later 17. For now, they want to return the borders of 1945, so we must clearly understand that Ukraine is only a small fragment of their ambitions, important, but not the last. This is their desire”.

“If we are talking about Russia from Uzhgorod to Ashgabat, then the first part, from Russia’s point of view, is safer, because here there is only a clash with the West, and where Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan are, there will be a clash with China, and it is being carried out now. Now we are not talking about the possibility of achieving this goal, but we are talking about what goal is really set.– added the journalist.

Then Portnikov gave an example of what, in contrast to the desires of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the collective West want: “What does Ukraine want? Ukraine wants to be a sovereign state that has the right to its own personal choice, which exists within its borders recognized by the world community, and for us until February 24, 2022, the European Union and NATO were not so much a system of values, but a system of protection against Russia’s desire to deprive us of the possibility of free choice. And only now both the European Union and NATO are becoming a system of values ​​for us, because we have understood that this is a struggle of values. What do the US and other Western countries want? They want a return to international law”.

Earlier, Portnikov declassified the cunning plan of the leaders of the Central Asian countries, directed against Putin.

Portnikov also explained why the liberation of the territories of Ukraine must occur before a certain point.
