A well-known journalist told the mayors how they can help the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, on whom the safety of Ukrainians now directly depends: “I want to appeal to the mayors of Ukrainian cities, to the mayor of Kyiv Klitschko and to all other mayors. There is money for paving stones, but not for drones in Avdeevka. So I want to tell you that if all the mayors of at least large cities do not immediately allocate additional money, do not allocate at least several hundred drones for Avdievka, then Avdiivka may begin on your streets. What will you lead there then?“
Then Yuri Butusov emphasized again: “Drones are needed now in Avdievka, so that later they do not need to be urgently purchased in Kyiv. That is why, instead of all kinds of paving stones, purchasing and carrying out other urban works, we need to quickly transfer the drones to Avdievka.”.
