Journalist María Antonia Calle Bedoya from Noticias Caracol decided to turn her professional life around and venture into the world of entertainment, after spending two years in the economics section.
Through a video posted on social networks, María Antonia revealed the reasons why she made this surprising decision, since her arrival at Show Caracol did not go unnoticed by viewers. (They question Sol Suárez of Noticias Caracol for notes on the dollar)

At first he pointed out: “Today my journalistic life took another path. After interviewing ministers and going out for two years with my favorite messes in a market place telling them over and over again about inflation, as an economic journalist today I am going for another source”.
The journalist thanked the work team that accompanied her during her journey in the economy section, and also, the Colombians who were faithful viewers: “The economy left me loving commerce, its beautiful dates and saving tips. Also many tears that became learning to make videos with very important issues for the country.
In turn, he added that: “Although that same source allowed me to see part of the country in boots, covering rain or traveling, making notes on the environment, I know that my new path will also bring its surprises.”
With endless emotions running through her, María Calle Bedoya stated that she was going to fulfill one of her dreams, which is why she felt motivated to start this new stage.
“Today I become a culture and entertainment journalist, I decided to take the path that I originally dreamed of. We keep seeing each other on the street for now, because you never know. I am a reporter for Show Caracol”, concluded María Antonia Calle.
