UDINE. He had moved from Udine to New York in the Eighties, driven by a passion for writing and supported by his innate curiosity. Antonino Volpe Pasini, an attentive journalist with a marked intellectual vivacity, died on Friday 13 May due to his worsening health conditions.
He was 63 years old and, over the years, in addition to collaborating for various newspapers, he had founded America Oggi with other colleagues, the only Italian-language newspaper edited and published in the United States, also holding the position of deputy director.
