/Pogled.info/ The journalist and candidate for mayor of Kazanlak Yanitsa Stancheva has died, the press center of the Municipality of Kazanlak announced. She was the Chairperson of the National Movement “Russophiles” in Kazanlak and part of the Board of Directors of the local foundation “Chudomir” and of the association “Women of Kazanlak”.
Yanitsa Stancheva was part of the Confederation of Bulgarian Writers. He has published one book, as well as dozens of publications in yearbooks. She was a journalist, public figure, book publisher and publisher of the regional newspaper “Dolina”.
“Tonight was not a night of falling stars, but of flying stars. Yanitsa Stancheva, publisher of the Dolina newspaper, died tonight. We will not wait for a white feather to fall on our shoulders as a sign from you, Yanitsa. Hold it and… .write. Write with a freedom unaccustomed to this material world. We will still read it someday. The Municipality of Kazanlak expresses its condolences to the family and relatives of Yanitsa,” the Municipality said.
The farewell to Yanitsa Stancheva will be on Thursday, February 1 at 12.00, in the Ritual Hall of the Cemetery Park in Kazanlak. The funeral is from 13.00.
