Moment Ferdy Sambo’s wife, Princess Candrawati, who summoned Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J was revealed in the excerpt from the prosecutor’s indictment. It turned out that Joshua had rejected Princess Candrawati’s call at that time.
This was revealed in the indictment of Ferdy Sambo et al visa to the SIPP of the South Jakarta (PN) District Court on Wednesday (10/12/2022). The prosecutor said the incident took place at Perum Cempaka Residence Block C III, Jalan Cempaka, Banyu Rojo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java.
In an excerpt from the indictment, Putri Candrawathi is said to have called Ferdy Sambo’s other aides, namely Richard Eliezer or Bharada E and Bripka Ricky Rizal Wibowo or Bripka RR, who were at the Alun-alin mosque in Magelang city. Putri asked Bharada E and Bripka RR to go home.

When Ricky Rizal arrived at Magelang’s home, he immediately went to Putri. At that moment, Putri asked Ricky to call Joshua to meet her in her room.
Ricky also accepted Putri’s request at the time. He called Joshua and asked Joshua to meet Putri in Putri’s private room on the second floor of the house, but it turned out that Joshua had turned down Ricky’s invitation.
“Witness Ricky Rizal Wibowo invited victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat into the house because witness Putri Candrawathi was summoned, but was rejected by victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat,” reads an excerpt from the prosecution’s indictment.
But Ricky still tried to invite Joshua and asked Joshua to meet Putri. Until Joshua finally accepted Ricky’s invitation.
“However, Witness Ricky Rizal Wibowo tried to persuade victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat to be willing to meet Witness Putri Candrawathi in his room on the second floor,” he said.
The trial of Ferdy Sambo et al is known to take place next week. However, Ferdy Sambo et al’s indictment was attached to the South Jakarta SIPP District Court.
Ferdy Sambo et al in the trial will later be charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code joint Article 55 paragraph 1 of the criminal code.
