The intervener José Perdiz de Jesus informed the Rio de Janeiro Court that it will not take into account the position of FIFA and Conmebol, which did not accept the intervention and asked that nothing be done until the two entities, in January 2024, take stock of the situation during a visit to the CBF.

Perdiz was not moved and like an authentic carcará he communicated: In these terms, this INTERVENTOR hereby informs that in order to continue, without hindrance, in fulfilling the task entrusted to him, it will be necessary to exercise the powers conferred by this Eg. Court of Justice, to even appoint an interim Board of Directors, with the aim of facilitating the management of the Entity, in accordance with its Statutes, considering the removal of the previously Directors, despite the letter sent by FIFA and CONMEBOL on 12/14/2023.
