Jose Mourinho could become the head coach of the French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after this season, according to the broadcasting organization “RMC Sport”.

Currently, PSG’s head coach is Christophe Gaultier, who took over at the Paris club last summer when Mauricio Pochettino was fired from the same position.

Since the Parisian club already exited this season in the round of 16 in the French Cup and did not pass the round of 16 in the Champions League, it is expected that PSG will look for a new head coach in the summer who can help the title-winning club achieve higher results.

Mourinho himself denies that there were any talks with the club’s representatives, but PSG sporting director Luis Campuch contacted the coach’s agent Jorge Mendes to discuss the specialist’s possible joining the French club.

With 78 points in 34 games, PSG is in first place in the French championship table, six points ahead of the closest follower “Lens”.
