“I loved it this season. It was wonderful ”. Jorge Rausch responds with the joy that characterizes him about his evaluation of “MasterChef Celebrity”. The cook spoke with Tiempo Extra about this cycle of the program that comes to an end this Sunday and that it has César Campos, Natalia Duco and Rocío Marengo as finalists.
A season that, for the audience, had recognizable faces, but not for the Colombian. “I didn’t know them, but the tone of ‘MasterChef Celebrity’ is always a little different from normal,” he says. The cook assures that he enjoyed all the characters and that he did not imagine “how the personality of the celebrities in Chile could be”.
“It is very different from the ones in Colombia and it was a complete enjoyment. Really. Gastronomically, clearly the last five or six that remain are taking a higher level and it is spectacular to see guys like Nacho Pop or César (Campos), who knew almost nothing, reach the end of the competition “, dice.
In addition, “MasterChef Celebrity” has led the rating on Sunday nights, so Jorge Rausch also celebrates the good reception that the program has had on the people and recognize the virtues of the program.
“This has changed a lot over the years. I feel that Since the first ‘MasteChef’ that I did in Colombia, five or six years ago, we give a little less ‘stick’. We try to teach more. We try to make the program a little more fun, more pleasant, but always maintaining rigor ”, he explains.
In addition, the cook analyzes his work as a judge, of which he emphasizes that “You have seen me very objective with meals, never with people”. He also defines his style as someone who always tries “to teach them and the public.” “That’s always what I’ve been looking for,” he adds.
