Jorge Martin’s Predicted Mistake at 2023 Mandalika MotoGP Leads to Fall

Bola.com, Lombok – Jorge Martin said that the mistake he made during the 2023 Mandalika MotoGP that resulted in his fall was predicted to happen.

Jorge Martin won the sprint race on Saturday (14/10/2023) at Mandalika Circuit. Meanwhile, his closest rival, Francesco Bagnaia, finished eighth.

Then in the race session, Jorge Martin was able to jump from sixth position to first position. But unfortunately, he fell at Turn 11 at lag 13, when he was leading three seconds from the second racer.

“I felt fine, I braked not too hard at that moment. I led by three seconds,” said Jorge Martin.

“That’s what it is. It’s not easy when you’re ahead with those seconds to keep concentration for sure.”

“But let’s say I run safe mode. So, I’m happy with my speed, and I’m fast on all tracks,” he said, feeling satisfied with his performance.
