On July 23, the president Andrés Manuel López Obrador accepted the resignation of engineer Javier Jiménez Espriú as head of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) and since then Arganis Díaz Leal took command of the agency.
The officer is civil engineer graduated from UNAM and has extensive experience in the field of construction nationwide.
