According to the broadcaster, the first edition of “Phoenix in person” with Jörg Thadeusz will run on January 27 at 6 p.m. On the show, Thadeusz will host former US Ambassador John Kornblum on the occasion of his 80th birthday, the statement said.
In addition to Jörg Thadeusz and Eva Lindenau, the head of the Phoenix talks department, Inga Kühn, and the moderator Alexander Kähler, who is also new to the team, will be leading the talk format on a weekly basis, the broadcaster explains.
After the premiere on Friday evening, the program will be repeated on Saturday at 0 a.m. and on Sunday at 11:30 a.m., according to Phoenix. The half-hour interview can also be accessed on the Phoenix website and on the YouTube channel online first. After the TV broadcast, the program can also be viewed in the media libraries of ARD and ZDF stream.
