This Saturday, Jordi González has reappeared on TVE, after months away from televisionin particular he visited the set of ‘La gran confusión’, the ‘late night’ program that Xavier Sardà hosts on the public channel.
After taking a year off, the Catalan spoke in the format of his long television career and answered the presenter’s questions that he was very interested in learning about the most uncomfortable and embarrassing moments he had experienced over the years.
JORDI GONZÁLEZ’S MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MOMENT ON TELEVISION
Jordi González has revealed that it was on RTVE that he experienced one of the most embarrassing moments of his career for a small misunderstanding with the profession of the guest he was about to receive.
“I started at TVE doing La palmera, a three-hour low-budget, commercial-free program that aired on La 2. day a guest went bankrupt because he missed his plane. So because of the headset, a headset from 35 years ago, they told me ‘the ufologist doesn’t come (UFO expert) who we had planned to interview, when we have a replacement we will let you know’”, he began by recounting in a communicator the surreal moment he experienced that night, “I I continued with the program and, after an hour, they told me ‘here we already have the urologist’. I thought he was a ufologist the whole time. So I went to the set of seats and asked him ‘do you think we are alone in this universe?”.
However, Despite González’s confusion, no one told him that he was making a mistake in his profession and that the guest was indeed a doctor and not a ufologist., so he kept asking questions about UFOs and life on other planets, instead of medical questions.and also questioned him on his opinion regarding the fact that “everything we see flying with lights and we don’t know what it is, would it be a UFO?”, he confessed in the Sardà program where He acknowledged that he had a “really bad time”, since “no one thought to tell me ‘you’re screwing up’ because of the headset”.
THE WORST PROGRAM OF JORDI GONZÁLEZ ON TELECINCO
This embarrassing moment on TVE wasn’t the only one in the reporter’s career who also revealed in “The Great Confusion” what it was the program in which he had the worst presentationsomething that Catalan was very clear about.
Jordi commented on it His hardest program was in 2007 on Telecinco and it was called ‘Tell Jordi’.
“Was a testimonial programand had a little hurt, because It was a program that was very difficult for me to do. Because it’s a very complicated genre, that makes people cry, it was the important moment and I was like ‘please don’t cry’. I was wrong and they said ‘you have to let her cry‘” admitted the popular presenter.
