Brewster was first linked to Morfit last summer when the duo were spotted holding hands in Santa Monica, California.
The 44-year-old is the CEO of ValueAct Capital, an investment company, and was previously on the board of Microsoft from 2014 until he retired in 2017, according to the website.
New flame – months after divorce
In an interview with the magazine Glamour in June, Brewster was able to reveal that she had actually met her fiancé four years earlier. Then, however, both she and Morfit were married on opposite sides.
