He indicated that he confessed to his deed after arrest and interrogation.

He added that the killer was working in a building under construction 35 years ago, and he went at night to steal construction equipment and materials. As he was stealing, the arriving guard woke up and tried to stop him, but then he fired bullets at him, wounding him, and he gave way.

In addition, the case was referred to the Grand Criminal Court Prosecutor, who decided to detain him in a correctional and rehabilitation center on charges of premeditated murder.
